The City and the design team held a third public meeting to review the latest version of the master plan, referred to as the Refined Master Plan. This plan is a further development of the schemes presented in February and incorporates comments from the February meeting and reviews by city staff.

A second Public Stakeholder Meeting was held and there was a great turnout.  Sasaki presented 3 concepts of what the Port of Rochester could be.

Sasaki conducted a Public Meeting at 7:00 pm in the Roger Robach Center.  Although it was a snowy night, there was a great turnout at the meeting.  Below are the meeting minutes and the diagrams that were presented.

Sasaki kicked off this trip with a work session with the representatives from the City of Rochester at City Hall.

November 17, 2005 - Public Stakeholder Meeting
The Sasaki Design Team attended the first work session with the Stakeholders of Charlotte community at the Ferry terminal building. The purpose of the meeting was to get to know the community and to begin the process of direct interaction in the effort of preparing a comprehensive Master Plan.
